These are a new jalepeno cheddar brat than our last product by a different processor.  We are very excited about these smoked brats!
 
DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!!  
 
We recommend using a meat thermometer when cooking this product.  cook until center is 140 degrees and let rest with a foil tent for 10 minutes on counter.
